Rajiv Sahney,

Chairman

Rajiv is the Chairman of the board and is the co-founder promoter of Medusind. He currently heads New Vernon Capital's India office. New Vernon Capital is global private equity fund with over $1.5 billion under management. Prior to Medusind, he headed another venture capital fund that invested in outsourcing companies, of which two were in healthcare. He also ran an Engineering company manufacturing mica based insulation products for the global market and developed clients such as General Electric. He has also been a consultant with Bain and Co in London. Rajiv has an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, and a BS in Physics from Caltech.

Sandeep Singhal,

Director

Sandeep is the co-founder promoter of Medusind. He co-founded Nexus India Capital Advisors and currently is the Managing Director of Nexus, a leading venture capital firm. Prior ro Nexus, he was in the role of CEO at Medusind, where he was directly involved with business development and client relationships. He also co-founded eVentures in 1999, a Venture Capital firm focused on early stage investments in India. Previously, he has worked in fortune 500 companies like McKinsey & Company in New York, where he was a co-leader of the principal investing practice and the healthcare e-commerce intiative, also worked at Digital Equipment Corporation in Germany and EDA Systems in California. Sandeep has an MBA from the Wharton School, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.

Mark J. Rubin, Esq.,

Chief Financial Officer of New Vernon Capital

Mark Rubin is the Chief Financial Officer of New Vernon Capital. Prior to New Vernon Capital, Mr. Rubin co-managed an investment partnership and served as CFO for Aerotec, LLC (a private-equity funded engineering services company). Prior to Aerotec, Mr. Rubin was Vice-President at Ascent Financial, LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities as well as managing several of the funds portfolio companies. Mr. Rubin, an attorney and a CPA, practiced law for three years with Chicago-based Altheimer & Gray focusing on securities and corporate law matters and prior to that, worked as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Rubin received his JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and his BS in Accounting from Indiana University.

Jasjiv Sahney

MD Isovolta (India) & Sahney Kirkwood

Jasjiv is the Managing Director of Isovolta (India) and Sahney Kirkwood-manufacturing companies in the fields of specialty insulation and automotive components. He has over 18 years of experience in managing diverse functions including financial restructuring, building overseas and domestic supply chains, change management, and quality control systems. Jasjiv is a graduate from Columbia College, New York.

Vipul Bansal,

Director and Chief Executive Officer

Vipul is co-founder of Medusind. He is an experienced general management executive accomplished at growing and managing high performance, complex-process production and service delivery operations. He has run large organizations with multiple facilities; cross-functional teams and is well versed with pressures of dealing with challenging US clients. Prior to Medusind, he promoted and ran a real estate development and construction business in Gujarat, India and established a precision manufacturing business as well. He was also instrumental in growing an engineering services business. Earlier, he has held marketing positions with Mudra Communications and Grofed. Vipul holds an MBA from South Gujarat University and a B.S in Physics from St Xaviers College, Gujarat University.
