Utilizing Medusind's state-of-the-art call center system, we can provide your office or dental group with a range of Outbound/Inbound calling services allowing your staff to focus on more patient interaction. With the ability to be direct users on your practice management system, we can also handle patient inquires at the time of the calls.
Service provided include:
- Patient Re-activation - Calling patients who have not been in the practice for a set period of time, updating your date base with current information and making appointments
- Patient Confirmations - Some dental groups feel that a "personal touch" rather than a postcard help in bringing the patient in for their scheduled appointment. We can confirm, cancel and change appointments based upon parameters provided by our clients.
- Marketing Calls - Based upon a marketing "script", call new patients to describe the practice and make appointments or have literature sent or emailed to them while, at the same time, updating your data base for future use.
- Patient Surveys - Call patients who have recently visited the office to ask them a set of questions concerning their satisfaction with the visit.
- Inbound Calls - Handle calls for your offices during lunch hours, after hours, or during the entire day. All calls are answered with your practice name and patients are given specific 800 numbers should they have to return a call. With the ability to be a user on your practice management system, we can answer questions regarding appointments or bills and if required, transfer calls seamlessly back to the appropriate office for handling by a manager or doctor.
