  • Healthcare, medical practice management, DME or pharma experience preferred
  • Between 1-3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships and referral sources
  • Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office, CRM etc.)
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

This is a “ground floor” position with opportunity for growth and is a base plus commission position.

Job Description:
  • Monitor the market and competitive landscape to help source acquisition opportunities

  • Assist in conducting due diligence on prospective investments, including meeting with key stakeholders at prospective companies

  • Assist in preparing financial analysis to screen acquisition targets and maintain company acquisition pipeline reports

  • Identify and analyze risks to the realization of potential synergies from the acquisition

  • Participate in external meetings with bankers, lawyers, etc. to structure the transaction

  • Assist in post-acquisition integration processes related to finance, 40K etc.
