I am writing to provide a status update on Medusind’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The safety and well-being of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance to us as we continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments that ensure the continuity of service delivery for our customers.
Be advised that we have implemented procedures to ensure our systems and staff are fully available to support our customers. Below are key points about Medusind regarding our preparation and response to the Coronavirus pandemic that I wanted to bring to your attention:
- Medusind has approximately 3,000 employees located in 10 unique offices located in the US and India that provide service to customers.
- Our operations are structured in a way that employees and resources are available to provide service and support without disruption regardless of timezone. (This assumes no force majeure type event like government-mandated closures of businesses.)
- The technology platform, including MedClarity PMS and other proprietary software, is collocated across multiple US-based data centers and geographies which provides automatic failover in the event of an unexpected system failure.
- HR and staffing contingency plans are in place to make sure your practice will continue to receive the same high-level of support from Medusind without interruption.
Medusind is fully committed to making sure your business operations continue without any disruption during these extraordinary times. Customers with questions or concerns are asked to direct inquiries to their Practice Consultant or Account Manager.
