Shift time – Rotational Shift

Location – Shillong

Job Description

  • Service request & Incident Management (Ticket creation, tracking and closure).
  • Escalation to proper team when not able to provide a resolution.
  • User administration (password reset and user account IMAC)
  • Creation, modification and deletion of users (AD)
  • Reset passwords (AD/Email)
  • Desktop installation and configuration.
  • Installation and Uninstallation of software packages
  • IT Inventory update
  • Application support (desktop/laptop), Windows OS mainly
  • Management of tickets by phone call, email and web tickets
  • On boarding New Joiners by providing them IT Assets, Software’s and Credentials
  • Employee Clearance and Exit for IT Assets and Software’s
  • Other tasks related to desktop/laptop support and end user
