Shift time – Rotational Shift
Location – Shillong
Job Description
- Service request & Incident Management (Ticket creation, tracking and closure).
- Escalation to proper team when not able to provide a resolution.
- User administration (password reset and user account IMAC)
- Creation, modification and deletion of users (AD)
- Reset passwords (AD/Email)
- Desktop installation and configuration.
- Installation and Uninstallation of software packages
- IT Inventory update
- Application support (desktop/laptop), Windows OS mainly
- Management of tickets by phone call, email and web tickets
- On boarding New Joiners by providing them IT Assets, Software’s and Credentials
- Employee Clearance and Exit for IT Assets and Software’s
- Other tasks related to desktop/laptop support and end user
