Essential Functions:
  • Assist with Full-Cycle recruitment process for all positions
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new hires
  • Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment status
  • Request for information and compile end of month reports
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
  • Backup for payroll processing
  • Assist with planning and implementing celebrations and events
  • Assist the HR staff with projects
  • Provide customer service to organization employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Entry-level experience in Human Resources
  • 1 -2 years full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
  • Time-Management Skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality of all employee records and information
