Description
Managing end-to-end employee life cycle for Ahmedabad location- On boarding to exit
Managing Employee Grievances
Managing Rewards & recognition process
Preparation of MIS/ Weekly/Monthly Reports- HC, Statutory, other reports
Liaising with Auditors,
Co-ordination with other departments, with location HR for inputs, queries
Competencies:
Attention to details
Excel knowledge is must, should know basic formulas
Need to be good at processes
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Should be good at Multitasking
Flexible in terms of work schedule/timings
