Description
ï‚· Managing end-to-end employee life cycle for Ahmedabad location- On boarding to exit
ï‚· Managing Employee Grievances
ï‚· Managing Rewards & recognition process
ï‚· Preparation of MIS/ Weekly/Monthly Reports- HC, Statutory, other reports
ï‚· Liaising with Auditors,
ï‚· Co-ordination with other departments, with location HR for inputs, queries
Competencies:
ï‚· Attention to details
ï‚· Excel knowledge is must, should know basic formulas
ï‚· Need to be good at processes
ï‚· Strong written & verbal communication skills
ï‚· Should be good at Multitasking
ï‚· Flexible in terms of work schedule/timings
