Description

 Managing end-to-end employee life cycle for Ahmedabad location- On boarding to exit
 Managing Employee Grievances
 Managing Rewards & recognition process
 Preparation of MIS/ Weekly/Monthly Reports- HC, Statutory, other reports
 Liaising with Auditors,
 Co-ordination with other departments, with location HR for inputs, queries

Competencies:


 Attention to details
 Excel knowledge is must, should know basic formulas
 Need to be good at processes
 Strong written & verbal communication skills
 Should be good at Multitasking
 Flexible in terms of work schedule/timings
